Swedish
This massage combines three basic strokes; long, firm strokes, kneading, and small circles. Helps to reduce tension, soothe sore muscles, increase circulation, and induce relaxation. Recommended for first-timers. (25, 50 or 80 minutes)
Lomi-Lomi "Hawaiian Style"
Passed down through Hawaiian traditions, Lomi Lomi means to "touch with loving hands." Massage strokes are more vigorous, rhythmical, and faster than Swedish massage and incorporate more elbow and forearm work. (50 or 80 minutes)
Aromatherapy
An ancient art using the natural essential oils of plants, roots and flowers. This light pressure massage uses a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, Polarity (energy work), and Reflexology to stimulate the lymphatic drainage system, soothe nervous tension, and relieve jet lag. (50 or 80 minutes)
Shiatsu
Traditional Oriental technique with moderate to strong touch using "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure) to stimulate and calm the body. Some stretching is involved and light clothing is worn during this non-oil massage. (50 or 80 minutes)
Sports
Concentrated on sports-related muscle groups, this massage uses slow, deep movements to manipulate muscles and joints and aid in reducing scar tissue and stress. (50 or 80 minutes)
Massage Sampler
A tailor-made massage of different massage techniques customized to your individual desires along with the experience and recommendation of the therapist. (25, 50 or 80 minutes)
Reflexology
A foot massage incorporating the corresponding reflex points representative of each body organ. This technique of pressure, rubbing, and pulling help to re-establish energy flows and to relieve stress and pain in the body. (25 minutes)
Couples Instructional Massage
This unique "hands on" experience in recreational massage will be provided by one of our professional massage therapists in a relaxed comfortable manner. Instruction booklet and massage oil are provided to take home. (110 minutes)
Facials
Refresher Facial
Your skin is cleansed and the dull surface cells are gently removed, followed by a customized masque as your neck and shoulders are massaged. A veil of moisturizer leaves your skin feeling fresh and alive. (25 minutes)
Rejuvenating 'Jet-lag' Facial
Your skin is cleansed and exfoliated and then treated to a rehydrating masque. Moistened eye pads and eye gel relieve puffiness as your neck and shoulders are massaged with blended essential oils to restore the mind and body. (25 minutes)
ANARA Facial
Customized to rehydrate and gently deep cleanse all skin types with the appropriate cleanser, exfoliant, masque and finishing creams. A luxurious massage of your neck, shoulders and face is accompanied by a gentle stream of steam. As the masque sets, your hands are removed from heated mitts and Coco Mango lotion is massaged in to condition your cuticles, hands, and arms. (50 minutes)
Sportsmans Facial
Designed specifically to relieve irritation caused by shaving and to gently cleanse the pores from exposure to daily elements. Specialty line of men's products are used to cleanse, tone, and condition the skin. A soothing massage of the chest, neck, shoulders, and face release stress as the face is soothed with steamed aromatic towels. (50 minutes)
Royal Hawaiian Facial
Our signature treatment was created so the natural algae masque can penetrate the skin with trace elements, minerals and vitamins. Your hands and feet are pampered in heated mitts and booties, with a soothing massage of our Coco Mango lotion. (80 minutes)
Huli-Huli Seaweed Back Facial
A cleansing and detoxifying treatment for the back. After exfoliating your back, hands and feet, you receive a light massage with soothing aroma oils. Impurities are eliminated as needed, and a seaweed masque is painted on the back. (50 minutes)
