Fun at Waikiki Waikiki's beaches are world famous and justly so. Miles of golden sand border blue ocean, right along the coast from Waikiki and the Ala Moana Beach Park, to Diamond Head, where watersports are the order of the day. Try surfing, wind-surfing, sailing or kayaking - all are readily to hand. Water temperatures are warm year-round and whilst beaches can become slightly crowded in certain seasons, they remain a social and activity centre the year long.
